Exercise Disclaimer and Policies:
BEFORE you decide to participate in any form of exercise it is important you have the correct clearance from your GP or healthcare practitioner. All participates agree they train at their own risk and Asti Love Health & Wellness or any one affiliated with this program will not take any blame for any injury caused from training. You must always stop if you feel light headed or nauseous and seek medical attention immediately.
ENSURE you warm up before you train, choose a warm up applicable to the body part you intent to train, for example, do not choose the rower if you are intending to train legs. If you are at home and do not have access to cardio equipment, choose body weight exercise such as skipping, high knees, running on the spot, some jumping jacks and some light stretching. This will warm up your muscles and your joints, get the blood pumping elevate your heart rate and will reduce your risk of injury. Aim for around 10-15 minutes depending on your fitness level.
WEIGHT - Pick a weight that is suited to you, every person will be different. Weight should be light enough to get it up without compromising form but heavy enough the last 2 reps are a struggle.
POST TRAINING - Ensure you cool down, weather this be on a treadmill or just walking around your backyard or house, usually around 5-10 minutes. Then stretch it out.
